If your situation overlaps multiple categories, that’s common. We’ll build a plan that accounts for the whole picture.

The Sensory-Safe Parent

your child has rigid food preferences, sensory sensitivities, or a short list of “safe foods” (often with ASD/ADHD in the picture).

The Dinner-Battle Parent

meals feel like negotiations, snacks run the day, and you’re tired of conflict.

The Growth-Worrier

you’re watching weight and intake closely and feeling anxious about whether your child is getting enough.

The Lunchbox Pressure Parent

school-day eating is the issue—lunch comes back untouched and afternoons are rough.

The Tube-Feeding Navigator

you’re managing feeding schedules, comfort, constipation concerns, and growth—often alongside a medical team.

We look at nutrition and the context around eating: routine, comfort, sensory needs, school schedules, and family stress.

You’ll understand what we’re changing and why. Transparency is part of the care.

Every child’s relationship with food is shaped by more than appetite.

The Happy Eaters' Approach

What you can expect:
  • Personalized nutrition strategy based on your child’s current eating pattern, growth needs, and daily routine
  • Practical ways to increase nutrition within accepted foods (so progress doesn’t depend on forcing new foods)
  • Constipation-informed support (because comfort affects appetite, mood, and willingness to eat)
  • Neurodiversity-respecting guidance, especially for ASD/ADHD, with realistic pacing and low-pressure steps
  • School-friendly strategies so lunch is more likely to be eaten—without you packing a perfect Pinterest lunch
  • Tube feeding nutrition support with an emphasis on safe routines, comfort, growth, and collaboration with your care team

When appropriate, yes. Many tube-feeding families already have multiple providers involved. We can help you make sense of nutrition goals and align recommendations with the bigger care plan.

Yes. We can build a school-friendly lunch plan that’s realistic for your child—simple rotations, “safe options,” and strategies that increase the likelihood of eating within school constraints (time, temperature, independence, rules).

Yes. We start with what your child reliably eats and build nutrition from there—so progress doesn’t depend on forcing new foods. We’ll identify realistic upgrades (protein, fiber, iron, key nutrients) and create a low-pressure strategy for gradual change that respects sensory needs.

Nutrition in autism isn’t a quick fix. Most families see progress through small, consistent changes—often starting with routines, comfort (like constipation), and nutrition upgrades within accepted foods. Follow-ups help keep progress moving as your child grows and changes.
